They are outstanding. We moved here in 2017, hadn't biked since we were kids and we took it up again. These guys have been our "go to" place since then. They are friendly, knowledgeable and timely. They've worked on both of our bikes and have been very reasonable in price and, in the last instance, so timely that by the time I drove back home I had a text message that my bike was ready. These guys were awesome and helped me get a newly purchased used bike up to rideable condition. They were quick, professional and gave great feedback.
Mark listened to our requirements for bike hire in August, tailored everything to our needs and had our bikes and accessories ready before pick up. He gave advice on local cycle routes, places to visit before the hire and made speedy adjustments before the off. Great place and super friendly service.
Mark helped me with a mid ride dragging disk brake and even gave me a well needed bottle of water! Great shop.
Very friendly and I just got a good feeling when dealing with the owner. I brought in a bike to get tuned up and checked out and happily bought some upgrades. If you are looking for anything bike related this is the place to go, reasonable prices and great service.
Knowledgeable and friendly. I've never felt as if I weren't welcome here. Cool and personable guys! The work we've had done here has been timely and well.
