I started with Switch in October and have seen a substantial difference! I feel stronger, have more endurance and have also shed some pounds. I have been to many other gyms in the area and this has been above and beyond the best experience. The coaches are super motivating and kind. And the community of people who attend the classes are also great. With a different workout everyday, I do not get bored and also feel challenged. I am very thankful I found this wonderful place to workout with a wonderful group of people.
I joined Switch almost 3 years ago and it’s one the best decisions I’ve ever made! The highly qualified and knowledgeable coaches are incredibly helpful and the challenging workouts keep me coming back for more. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Switch has helped me realize I’m much stronger than I thought! Switch is the highlight of my day and my favorite place to be!
Switch Wildwood is a facility like no other! The workouts are challenging and are programmed to ensure every single person is successful. The coaches and the community are extremely welcoming and supportive! If you have any worries about being able to “do” what you see others doing or “do” what you see written in a workout, you can leave your worries at the door because the Switch coaches are right there to help you along the way! Whether you are 15, 45, 85 or anywhere in or around that range Switch has something for you!!!
Switch is not just a gym, it is a community full of amazing people who work hard every time they walk in the doors. You will be pushed to reach new fitness goals, supported when it gets tough and make new friends along the way. That is just a few reasons this gym such a special place!
I followed Switch via social media for way too long before joining November 2022. I went from a 3 day a week option to unlimited almost immediately. The workouts challenge me more than I could do on my own and all in an hour time frame. I am surrounded by a wholesome community and honestly love, love, love this place.
