I work with them almost on a daily basis. Before they converted to Windstream and they were Norlight/KDL it was ok because we could easily contact someone that was needed. Now its like pulling teeth, I m constantly getting the excuse, you have the wrong department. then transferred to yet another person that says i have the wrong department. Just today i had a billing issue, apparently they had their billing system mess up when they converted to WS from Norlight and it sent \$2.16 - \$2.17 bills to a bunch of people. So i tr... read more
