Day 16 of quarantine, no result in yet. At a private clinic, I received my result within 48 hours. At a traveler's clinic in the USA, I received my result within 12 hours. With Switch Health, it has now been 5 days and I still don't have my result. *EDIT - now day 18 of quarantine, still no result. At this rate, I'll get my two vaccine doses before getting my result. *EDIT - day 748… no result… pandemic is over…
The worst company I have seen in Canada. I came from India on Feb 18,2022. I am still waiting for my result every time call them they have the same answer due to higher volume the results are delayed. If I go to other company then I am sured that I will get my result atleast within 3 days and now I am almost cn my 6th day still they have the same answer. They don't think how much mental harassment we are facing.
I can’t believe Aeroplan is associated with this company. Our daughters team travelled to US for a wknd tournament. Almost the entire team purchased the RT-Lamp test from Switch Health. Their own documentation states “Please note that approximately 1-2% of the RT-Lamp test devices can malfunction.
