As I’m writing My test was delivered yesterday at 2pm I tried to connect to asmo to start my test I couldn’t they keep telling me that my code QR has expired I call the costumer service the put my on hold for an hour. I tried to connect today at 8am now they telling there I busy hour day I should came back between 6pm- 7:30pm. I’m in quarantine for 15days now I need to do the test before go out now I’m stuck here.
Got my on-site PCR results 25 hours after testing. Nice staff, clean and spacious environment and quick service.
Very disappointed with customer support and telehealth services. I needed to perform a RT-LAMP on Dec 25, double-checked with customer support in advance via online chat as well as by calling, and was told that the telehealth platform will be running on Dec 25. Guess what, I couldn't connect to telehealth on Dec 25, because Switch Health announced on their website that telehealth and customer service are closed on Dec 25!! I need my refund, what a waste of time!!
This review is long overdue... But I had to share this with everything. I've had one of the most unpleasant experiences dealing with this organizations. Earlier this year, when I travelled to the U.S. I bought their covid kit... The day before flying back home, I followed the protocol and contacted company's rep to complete the test... Beware of expiry dates on kits purchased from this company. Received a Covid-19 test kit with shelf-life of 7 months and the company was unwilling to replace or assist in any way after the expiration date.
