Switch Energy is so much more than a gym….it’s a fun, positive, and motivating community. Coach Nikki is amazing at pushing and encouraging you while keeping every workout enjoyable.. I’ve grown stronger both physically and mentally, and Switch Energy has become my happy place.. Highly recommend! 💪🏽❤️🔥

I did a drop in class, and it was amazing. The atmosphere was very welcoming and we definitely not a work… I think this may be my new gym…
Great intro class with Coach Nikki! Loved the energy of the class. The music was lively! Need to learn how to step again. Will be back soon.
