I have had the best experience with the office at Prosper. For years it feels like family. Trae in the front desk is amazing! The service is outstanding!!! I highly recommend this office.
Dr. Paul is a very knowledgeable doctor. He welcomes questions and answers them thoroughly. The staff is very nice. I enjoy working with professionals who like to partner with the patient.

First, the receptionist and nurse were nice. But, I am very disappointed in my experience here. Everything is done by a machine and the visit doesn't feel like its worth it. The "doctor" just pushes a couple of buttons while you're on the chair...and even that feels rushed here. I literally sat down on the chair and about 1-2 mins later, the "doctor" was done, said numbers didn't change much, and directed me to follow him out. Felt like a joke. Absolutely fantastic service! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The optometrist is exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I couldn't be more pleased!
