The eye exam side was actually very nice, and did a great job. The eye glasses section is where I had the issue. I didn't get her name, but the sales associate a middle aged older Indian lady. Had the audacity to tell me that my benefits did not cover Transition lenses. Her words "Oh no, I have never seen that before. I don't think you have that correct." Low and behold she came and found me shopping and told me "Oh ma'am, you were right, they are covered." Well ugh, yeah I told you that because I chose my benefits lady. Wou... read more
Great office with good staff. Easy to work with and knowledgeable!
The staff was pleasant and excellent. I like the professional and down to earth atmosphere. This is now my primary location for my eye care. Returned for my annual checkup and the integrity of the atmosphere still stands. Happy here
The doc was very knowledgeable and courteous.
