Update 2026: As I have experienced over the past three years or so, this is a very good optometric practice. Though the optometrists seem to change every year, I have received consistently good care here. The facility is very clean and bright, the staff is friendly and efficient and thebcare is pristine. This practice is very efficient and the staff is consistently friendly. I like the new optometrist very much. She listens carefully and takes my concerns seriously.

Professional, efficient office
Before anything, I want to state that I love Dr. Bertrand! She is attentive and listens carefully to all of your concerns. She deserves 5/5 stars! Love, love, love her!!! On the other hand... I have had consistently negative (over the last two years) experiences with a couple of (though not all!) receptionists. I seldomly write reviews but this felt important to share. DO NOT get your eye exam here!!! My wife and I had scheduled an appointment, but when we arrived they told us that the system had canceled her appointment. The day before, when we called to schedule it, they actually hung up on us. That should have been our first red flag, but unfortunately we didn’t pay attention to it.
