I want to take a moment to recognize an incredible Avelo gate agent, Lisa, who truly went above and beyond for me on February 23, 2026. I was originally scheduled to fly on Monday, but my flight was delayed more than 24 hours and rescheduled for Tuesday. When I arrived at the airport, my boarding pass was now over 24 hours old. We recently arrived the RSW airport and had to use the ticket counter to correct an errror. Lisa was very pleasant and accommodating in helping resolve our issue. Thank you, Lisa.

My flight was delayed an hour at Fort Myers so I was waiting by my gate for a while. I watched as the gate agent Lisa was so kind and welcoming to everyone even as people were frustrated with the delay. She didn't fail to welcome every single passenger from the flight that was deboarding and took the time to thank the passengers who she checked in. She made the waiting process enjoyable - someone should give her a raise :)

I was flying out of RSW on Avelo today August 15,2025. I had the most amazing experience with one of your agents Lisa at the ticket counter. My bag was too large for a carryon and explained all my options! She was so sweet and understanding and helped me so much! She is a wonderful employee and made my day so much better.
