Renter beware. There are cameras on the garage but your stuff will be stolen out of it continuously so tenants that weren’t assigned garages can put their belongings in it. Instead of telling tenants to clean themselves, their animals, and their apartments, a glade plug in is placed in the hallways to cover the stench. It doesn’t work. Caretaker lives on site but never cleans and is always unavailable.

-rent has been raised twice in the last year. -tenants use their garages as workshops and party rooms - overcrowded parking -the heat is actually shut off half the year -wont replace damaged appliances unless they are not working completely -no privacy as the garage fronts where people congragate are in direct view of all bedroom windows -balconies are unusable due to hornet infestation - management will not call exterminator because of cost - playground is full of cat and rodent feces and garbage
