Nice place to rent. Very affordable and quiet. You also have access to a good amount of amenities in the area. Staff is very responsive and straight forward. Would recommend

Beautiful place
It's been 7 years since I moved out of this property, and I've been living in NYC for about 5 years now. A lot has happened since then, but I still think about my time in that modest studio at Swissaire. I'm not sure what it is, but I still miss this place. David was an exceptional landlord and manager. He was always on top of maintenance, and without going into too much detail, he really took care of me when I needed it most. Hope you're doing well David. Bless.
the apartment itself was quiet, and i did love living there. until the maintenance man came to fix something for the last time, and touched me 3 times. I moved a few months after bc i no longer felt safe, then had the audacity to charge me another 800 after i moved out. like i said the apartment itself is lovely. but just be aware
