I lived here for a year and a half and had a great experience overall. The staff is always friendly, polite, and helpful. The neighbors are quiet and I never had any issues. The location is excellent — very close to Downtown, and you can even walk to the American Airlines Center in about 40 minutes. For the price, this is a great place to live. Very budget-friendly and definitely a good value for the money. I would recommend it!

Beautiful place
It's been 7 years since I moved out of this property, and I've been living in NYC for about 5 years now. A lot has happened since then, but I still think about my time in that modest studio at Swissaire. I'm not sure what it is, but I still miss this place. David was an exceptional landlord and manager. He was always on top of maintenance, and without going into too much detail, he really took care of me when I needed it most. Hope you're doing well David. Bless.
