Those people dont actually know about watches. They said a mechanical watch is like car and needs oil change… cant even fix a loose rotating watch bezel in diver watches. Told me he can’t order the bezel springs from omega. There are tons of them off ebay and other watch parts store. Dont know how a watch works. Do not go, they just want to sell instead of repair.

Took my Rolex to get band fixed and 1940's 18k Gold Norexa with broken crown, They fixed both watches in a timely manner for a very fair price, they been there since the 70's and have a excellent reputation of helping people, not to mention they have an extraordinary Rolex and High-end watch collection for sale at unbeatable prices.
