Decent place just visiting
The different buildings have different landlords, so your experience may differ greatly. When I lived there the landlord gave us a contract that violated renter rights laws. When we left they kept the security deposit for the last months rent (also illegal) which theh were not entitled to because the contract was not valid and they refused to correct it.
