Renting from them currently, It is july in AR and HOT!!!!! paying over 600 a month for a townhose that is broke down. the AC has broken 4 times in the last month and all they tell me is they called the AC repair men then hang up. right now on day number 4 without it. I work all day out in the sun and the last thing i want to do is come home to a house that is 100 *f. Do not rent from them if you want a decent rental with decent property management .
I have lived in a rental home thru Jim Peacock for 2 1/2 years. They are great at getting things fixed, are friendly, and the prices are awesome. I love my house and the service they provide!
I rent with Jim Peacock, and talk about a great experience. Jim has gotten to any issues that I have had extremely fast. Their friendly customer service is a sigh of release compared to other competitors! Their prices are very reasonable and their houses are clean and nice. I HIGHLY suggest renting through Jim Peacock if you are going to rent... and they have houses for sale as well.
