No issues since new management team.(Aubrey & Pernel) They are updating the buildings and making properties appearance more welcoming. Any issues within the apartment, maintenance (Sean) is punctual, friendly and super attentive to any concerns within the apartment.
I really enjoy living here. The apartments are nice and well maintained. Since the new management took over, many improvements and renovations have been made. Overall, it’s a great place to live.
I’ve lived here for several years, and the difference since the new management took over has been incredible. They are extremely patient, professional, and genuinely care about residents. Anytime I’ve called with a question or issue, the response has been quick and efficient, and everything is handled smoothly. It’s reassuring to see management that’s organized, communicative, and actually follows through. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the improvements and level of service.
I've lived here for less than a year and signed the lease before seeing it, and was of course extreamly nervous. Thankfully it turned out to be a win! I moved in a day early than scheduled and was a bit worried as some things didn't work as they should've, but upon getting in contact with maintenance it was fixed in a few hours! It's pretty quiet in my building and my neighbors all seem to be very kind as well.
