Do not waste your time, there’s been no management in the leasing office for months
DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU ARE A STUDENT!!! I lived here for 2 years. The first year was fine with no issues and the leasing office was not bad. The second year was terrible! Firstly, my cars back window was broken into while it was parked outside the building. Noting was stolen but I had to file a police report and spend a few days in the winter with no back window, doesn't make you feel safe. Swiss village is the WORST! along with multiple “amenities” being broken and never fixed. I had 3 floods in my house! One with doo doo from the upstairs neighbors toilet and they didn’t fix that until a WEEK later. The second flood pipe burst they broke the door to get into my house on CHRISTMAS! Never gave us a call. Just came home and found multiple presents destroyed with fans blowing. The third floor is what made us move out officially!
