I love all the doctors at Swiss OBGYN! I saw almost all of them during my second pregnancy and felt comfortable with every single one. I’ve never felt rushed during my appointments and after having my babies I’ve missed seeing the doctors and nurses.
I had a disappointing experience with this office during my second pregnancy. From the beginning, I struggled to get responses to my phone calls—often going days without hearing back, even when I had urgent concerns. Lab results and testing updates were never communicated to me unless I followed up multiple times. Unfortunately, I also felt dismissed by the doctor whenever I brought up issues related to my anxiety or emotional well-being during pregnancy. We scheduled my son's circumcision and on the morning of the appt, the office called and said they had to cancel it. We asked why - they would not give an answer. "The Dr is just not able to do it today". They wanted to reschedule for an entire week later. With zero explanation or even an apology. Also, at my first visit I was told the Dr had to go perform an emergency C-section and she would be back soon.
