We have owned 2 cabins up here for years. They used to care about owners concerns but this new general manager spends more money on such wasteful things to make it fancy. They tell us it’s to hot in July to stock in the pond and to cold in November . Trout are a cold water fish. The washer in unit 13 has leaked for the past three years many many reports but no fix yet. Not sure why we needed all the crest on the buildings or all the fancy new rails everywhere. Our General Manager has been on board for about 2 years now, and I do reassure you that he cares deeply about Swiss Mountain Village. He has worked tirelessly to start moving in a direction that improves the property while keeping maintenance fees as low as possible. I was so happy to see the remodeling that took place this past year! Boone/Elk Banner and the location of Swiss Mountain Village and the people that run the lodge/village are spectacular!!! I love to travel, and I look forward each year to come with my family to this wonderful resort in this spectacular area of our nation!!!
I go here every year.I love the peace and quiet.Also love hiking.This was one of my dad's favorite places too.This will be my first year without him but I know I will enjoy every minute remembering our great times.Thanks Swiss Mtn. for great memories.
