I have never written a ‘review’ of a clinician before. I think finding a clinician that you feel comfortable with and have confidence in, is quite personal and unique to each individual. However, having read the negative and derogatory review posted publicly, about the Senior Occupational Therapist, Kristy Casella, I feel compelled to offer an alternative perspective. Stay away from this practice. The OT Kristy Casella is the most inhuman OT we have ever experienced. She was not rude once but multiple times. The last time we visited her, our child was in an unsettled mood and she literally asked us to leave within 10-15 minutes of starting the session. She also charged us for the full hour. I can't understand that as an OT, my child wasn't damaging anything in the room or wasn't hurting anyone, he was just crying.
