I’ve had credit with you since 2003. Now I have an order that won’t be released because of your incompetent supervisor. Supposedly you have security questions that need to be answered. Well in all these years I’ve never ever seen any security questions asked when I place an order. So if you don’t want my business, say so but don’t give some BS excuse as to why my order can’t be shipped. This is the worst service and the worst treatment I’ve received from any business.
