My first experience and purchase from Swiss America was a positive. I felt like I had learned something new and everything turned out smoothly. There were moments when I thought my payment wasn't going to go through in time, but the reps (Jeff and Brian) were understanding and followed up with me when something important came up. I have made several purchases from Swiss America over the past several years. Each time the representatives were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. The most recent translation, working with Tom and Jeff, was was a trade of coins that I no longer wanted in my portfolio for coins that better fit my current needs. The trade in value I was given I felt was more than fair and the new coins were sent in a timely manner. I am extremely pleased with Swiss America.

Swiss America and especially Wes are scam artists. Do not do business with this company. They knew this was my first experience at buying gold and I purchased what they told me were numismatic coins. I found out much later from another gold dealer that these coins were only worth their melt value
