We have been doing business with Swiss America since 2007. We have mostly dealt with Tom S****** but everyone there that we have dealt with are exemplary, as is Tom. Over the years Tom has become one of our dear friends. Never once has he missed calling us back but usually answers his own phone right away....I feel like he is always available to us.
