I'm torn writing a review of this fabulous place--wouldn't like lines out the door, but it's what is deserved. Beef eater sandwich is my favorite, accompanied by best potato salad ever experienced or the devine poblano soup. Yes, the pastries are great, too.
I stop by this place on a regular basis because of its extraordinary level of coziness, plethora of delicious and eclectic food, and its sensationally friendly staff. The Swiss Alps Bakery excels in every single way a small business can (if you ask me) and even if I don't live in the area anymore, I STILL stop by on the way to work. They're wonderful.
I love this place and their cream horns are the bee's knees!
I bought the heath cake Friday and spent ALOT for it as they didn't read my email request for a special order cake. After I got it home and had a piece that night, the cake inside was stale and the brownie was so chewie inside that even my 18 yr olds couldn't eat it. A huge disappointment. Ruined my birthday.
