Just came out to my house. I never said I wasn’t paying the service, I did ask for a payment plan. When you said you don’t offer that. I said for the request to be approved. I went in my house and apparently they LEFT WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING!!! I called my warranty company and they called swisher and they said I wasn’t paying which never came out my mouth. Swisher Plumbing is the best company you could work with. I've been a faithful customer since 2020. Someone always answers the phone. For emergencies, they are quick to respond. They're prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. They always give the best solution without constantly trying to upsell you.
