Dr. Ohn is my favorite dentist ever. She takes the time to make sure patients understand the process and knowledge is power. My dental cleaning today at Alamo was with the best tech I’ve ever had. He was so great. Blanking out on his name but he was so lovely.
I had a very disappointing experience at Swish Dental. Before my appointment, both the receptionist and the tech told me my insurance was in-network and that the visit would be no-cost to me. That turned out to be false, and my benefits were never verified at any of the three points where they should have been checked: intake, reception, and during the service itself.
