Best experience at the Alamo location, Dr. Sarah and Jerica are always very friendly and answer all of my questions. If you’re looking for a new dentist this is the place.
My experience at SWISH Dental left me frustrated due to a lack of verification, communication, and informed consent. I provided my Delta Dental member info when booking, but no one verified my coverage. At check-in, I asked again if I was covered and the front desk told me “yes, Delta Dental is covered.” What they didn’t disclose was that my specific member ID was not.
