After an accident in 2001, I have had an incredibly fragile jaw. Anytime I have work done, it is both extraordinarily stressful and painful. I unexpectedly had major work done yesterday. Their staff’s sincere caring and skill was so reassuring, I didn’t stress at all. Work went far more smoothly than I ever imagined it could. I went to the Bull Creek location. Dr Marmurek was amazing! If more stars were an option they would still have all of them!
The Bull Creek office is far and above five stars…. I’ve been to two other locations and not been happy… Dr Marx is the best

Unfortunately since Dr Loehr left and I haven’t been able to see Dr Marx despite requesting to only see her, I have not had a great experience at this location. After being switched to another provider abruptly I specifically called and confirmed in person that I only wanted to be seen by Dr Marx (she is phenomenal and very knowledgeable). The front desk staff said no problem at all and claimed to have made a note in my chart. However, I have still been scheduled with the other provider twice since.
