History of melanoma unable to get appointments in timely manner with usual provider. Appointment was fast & easy. Extremely pleased with knowledgeable and delightful Jennifer Walker, PA. Would definitely recommend.
Unfortunately, I left the appointment feeling quite disappointed. Dr. Brummer spent less than five minutes with me and did not provide any explanation regarding my concern. She simply took a few photos and asked me to return in four months. Even if my concern turns out to be minor or not medically significant, I believe it would have been helpful and reassuring to have a brief discussion about what she observed. It took them over two weeks to send over a ultrasound for me checking a lymph node for cancer, it is incredibly cruel and unprofessional to make me wait that long. I called so many times, talked to a ton of their staff all because dr. Hadji signed the form wrong. They kept saying they would figure it out, giving me the run around and misleading information. It was a nightmare. I went to Dr. Farr once and he was wonderful, but I would never go here unless you truly have no where else to go.
Great staff. It was easy to make an appointment and get into see a Dermatologist. Shane Farr was really easy to speak with and his medical explanations and home care instructions were communicated very well. The staff were really easy going and nice too!
Do not go to Jennifer Walker. She is dismissive and does not validate you. Such a waste of time and money!! Everyone else is fine there.
