Jennifer was fantastic! She was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable. Everyone at the clinic was professional, welcoming, and friendly. I had a wonderful experience and am very happy I found her. Thank you all so much.

I was disappointed with my experience with Dr. Winters. I want to start by saying that he was polite and professional during my visits. My concern is not about his demeanor, but about the level of evaluation, follow-through, and guidance I received. I've been going here for years now and have had a great experience every time. Everyone I have worked with has been courteous and helpful. Sometimes they are booked out for a couple of months, but cancellations come up frequently, and I've been able to get in earlier by calling in and checking for new availability.

I really like the providers at this dermatologist office, but just had a rude customer service experience with a front desk lady…. Forgot about my appointment, called 4 hours before to reschedule as I was headed out of state, explained my situation and was very nice. The lady then said “uhhhh okay” as if I was inconveniencing her in some way. Office manager really needs to address the dead flies in the ceiling tiles. I went to their office 2 or 3 times over a 9 month time span and the waiting room and hallways had over a dozen dead flies in the ceiling. The staff themselves were great. I saw Josh - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took an approach that let me decide what I thought was best with his advice. He also did the best job lancing a mole on my face out of 3 dermatologists I’ve been to, it is very flush!
