I genuinely appreciate the medical staff here. Unfortunately, the business office appears to be deeply dysfunctional. Last week I received a bill in the mail for $25. The bill itself had handwritten notes and yellow highlighter all over it explaining how to pay it online. None of those instructions worked. Shane has been amazing to work with. His staff is always friendly but overall it’s just really nice feeling seen/heard, especially with issues that cause insecurities with physical appearance.

My appointment was at 4 pm. They were running 30 minutes late and didn’t bother to mention anything. It’s frustrating when you watch everyone that arrived after you get called back. Its a lot of work to get time off for a follow up. They could at least send text …they did that when they wanted my money.

I don’t want leave a bad review because I’ve only heard fantastic things about your office but…. I was on hold for 12 minutes to schedule a new patient appointment and eventually hung up. I have a feeling that you are either closed, in a meeting or at lunch, and if that’s the case, please make sure you have a voicemail set up so people can leave a message and don’t sit on hold waiting for someone to answer.
