We built our home in 2004 & Allen Swink HVAC put the original 2 HVAC units in. Allen's son, Ethan, runs the business now. He works with Ricky. They, including Allen, have always been very honest and trustworthy about the condition of our units. Repair is always their objective. They are not out to have you buy a new unit or make unnecessary upgrades.
