Worst service in town. Sat there for 15 mins before anyone even took my order. After another 45 mins I still didn’t have my food so I just walked out to a smart ass remark from my server. I’ve been there before and it’s consistently bad. Now with Mel’s Drive in down the street, I don’t know why anyone would go to Swingers. Two thumbs down!!!

Really really declining. Been going here for ten years. Friendly staff but the food is barely palatable. Not sure if I’ll return.
The service was great and the food even better. Love how they cater to gluten free customers.
We were staying in Santa Monica over from Australia and we walked past swingers Diner and decided to give it a try. We were greeted by a very friendly waiter and the food was quite delicious. We lined the very relaxed feel if the place. We ended up returning on 2 other occasions during our stay.

Excellent & attentive waitstaff, but 3 stars because pancakes and waffles were not worth finishing. Diner-style food with vegan & vegetarian options. Also espresso, not just diner coffee.

Service was fair, food was just ok with the pancakes being awful, the bathrooms were filthy. I wanted to like this place, we were really hungry, we went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. There was only one other table than us, then it slowly filled up. Bummed out it wasn’t worth it.
Great go to for late night! Love the atmosphere!!! As a tourist 'checking in', got a lot of laughs and raised eyebrows from the name!
Chill atmosphere, great variety on the menu, healthy options, good prices, and open late. California omelet and the chicken quesadilla are favorites.
