Gabe Swinford did a great job getting farm ready to sell, coming up with plan to divide the property and every aspect of the sale.
Probably the easiest real estate transaction I’ve ever been involved with. We purchased an acreage in Iron county and Gabe was the listing agent. Even though we were working without a realtor and Gabe represented the sellers he spent a great deal of time with us, answering questions, making suggestions and touring the property in his SxS.
