Took my mower in for repairs. It cost me $1600. Didn’t know their parts were only guaranteed for 90 days. Nine months later the fuel pump they said they replaced went out again. My nephew called the office and talked to them and the lady was very rude. We decided to replace the fuel pump ourselves and took it apart and it looks like it wasn’t even a new one. After calling roughly 15 various dealerships and visiting 6 of them; I’m pleased to say Swinehart Power Equipment is the one to use. Along my journey I found lack of product knowledge to be common and just unfriendly sales persons time and time again. Swinehart’s, was head and tails ahead from the initial phone call, visit, and purchase. It’s a family ran company and that’s how it feels.
