I was caught in between a rock and a hard place I went into the store looking for a part and the staff told me they couldn’t help me I wouldn’t even waste my time I see now why this store has a bad reputation in out community you would be better served to go down the road to Kubota
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only is their equipment unreliable and overpriced, but the so-called “customer service” is a complete joke. The woman working at the front desk was by far the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered in any business. This place is great! Was able to get parts for my older 025 chainsaw, sharping tools and ethanol free gas mixture fast! I had waited two weeks for the parts from my local hardware store with no results. Very knowledgeable staff and fast service. Highly recommend!
Bought our first Scag in 1999 from Swineharts, and thanks to Gene and his team it still runs like it did when it was new. Have bought 2nd Scag now and would not trust anyone else with keeping my equipment running. Best place for all your lawn care needs.
