If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only is their equipment unreliable and overpriced, but the so-called “customer service” is a complete joke. The woman working at the front desk was by far the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered in any business. Instead of helping, she acted irritated that I was even there, cut me off when I asked questions, and made me feel like I was a burden for wanting basic information. This place is great! Was able to get parts for my older 025 chainsaw, sharping tools and ethanol free gas mixture fast! I had waited two weeks for the parts from my local hardware store with no results. Very knowledgeable staff and fast service. Highly recommend!
Bought our first Scag in 1999 from Swineharts, and thanks to Gene and his team it still runs like it did when it was new. Have bought 2nd Scag now and would not trust anyone else with keeping my equipment running. Best place for all your lawn care needs.

Don't ever use this place for any lawnmower repairs! They not only brake your equipment they overcharge you. The owner is very unprofessional he not only lied about doing work on my machine he will do unapproved work and you might as well trash your equipment it won't ever work again! Having a second opinion after leaving this place unfortunately I will have to replace my mower. This place is a joke and it doesn't even deserve a 1 star!!
