Swindler & Sons did the most perfect job providing my wedding flowers. Kristin was seriously amazing to work with and really went above and beyond on our florals. They came out absolutely stunning and exactly what I envisioned. Thank you guys so much!!!
Very disappointing experience. I called this florist to place an order for flowers for my mother-in-law, and my calls were hung up on twice without explanation. I genuinely felt discriminated against because of my accent, as they seemed to assume I was a telemarketer instead of a customer. On the third call, I actually had to beg them not to hang up, explaining that I was simply trying to place an order. The way I was treated was extremely rude, unprofessional, and upsetting.
