I had a skirt panel for my BMW installed. After a week it wasn't flush. I was texted by the installer that he would be there the next day to fix. He didn't show and for the next 2 days didn't respond to texts and then blocked me. Right now? Noone has bothered to respond or fix my car. I paid close to 700 bucks!!

Got serviced in Nov after the owner tried hiting on me out in public and offering me a free service.. I actually paid for my service so it wouldn’t be any confusion and I wish I didn’t .. My tint is coming down on my back window and was doing so less than a month later ! I have contacted the owner on previous occasions and he said they where waiting on more film for weeks I gave it time and still no luck for a repair ..

Scheduled an appointment for 10am & technician never showed up or called. I reached out & received a message back ( at 11:49am ) stating “We are still trying to get in touch with the tech assigned to you. My apologies for the inconvenience, I should have an answer in a few. ” After I reach back out hours later ( at 5:11pm ) , I was never called back or text any additional information.
