We paid $783 for a lane line. I did not get an invoice or any communication at the time of the order. I have been referred to one of the Reps who ostensibly handles these product. She has not responded at all to mutiple emails. I can get absolutely no information from anyone about the status of the order, or shipping. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When we finally received our $165 order of state championship apparel for my daughter, the logo peeled right off of the pajama bottoms. Apparently that’s my problem though because they are unwilling to offer a replacement or a full refund. Don’t worry, though they refunded me $12 from the $26 pajamas. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone ever again nor will I ever order from them again. Very poor quality. Terrible customer service. Zero stars.
I ordered two items from them before my vacation. Shipping said 2 - 7 business days. I received an email that my package had shipped, but when checking the tracking, only the label had been created. My package sat in Ohio for a week with no movement. It is still currently in Ohio, and they will not cancel the order or issue a refund.
I ordered a product with our teams logo on it for my granddaughters birthday Estimated lead time was 2 weeks. After waiting 3 weeks I reached out and got an AI virtual assistant answer that said “ we’re looking into it.” Still no word. They charged my card and the placed me on “ auto-ignore”. Lost my money - missed the birthday - VERY DISSATISFIED. .
