We bought a tech suit from swim outlet. It wasn’t our first it won’t be out last. They are EXPENSIVE!!!! We did not notice there was a cut or tear in the hip when she tried it on. She went to wear it for a race at Sectionals and found the cut. She was so upset that she had ruined a tech suit. When I took a good look at I could tell she didn’t do the damage. My return was never received. I used a USPS label that Swim outlet provided and the package was picked up but tracking stops there. My post office advised that USPS had discontinued the NDC service that was on the label in January - prior to me receiving the label in April. So swim outlet provided a bad label and now my return is lost and customer service maintains it’s my problem.
