After two years as customers of Swimming Pools of Tupelo, I am frustrated by the poor service, questionable charges, inaccurate information, and the unacceptable way I was treated when I went to resolve our account. We have repeatedly dealt with our pool not being cleaned properly and charges for chlorine tablets, shock, and other chemicals that were not left at our property and did not appear to have been added. Bought a new pool liner from them. They subbed the install to Wayne Harrison from Luxery pools and landscaping. They came out and removed liner and said pool wall needed some patching before liner could be installed. Five days later and multiple calls and no response. I paid them up front which was not smart on my part. If this is how this company does business, I do not recommend if they sub to hustlers.
