Kumar was great to deal with. We stayed in touch for nearly 12months until we made the call on the right pool. He put plenty of time into working out what would suit our space and didn't try to sell us something that wouldn't work, even though we probably would have brought it! We were referred to the preferred installer and couldn't have been happy. We got lucky that we chose a trust worthy supplier. Highly recommend swimming pools direct - particularly Kumar
Wonderful dealing with Kumar at Swimming Pools Direct, he is a champion helping from the outset. Second to none! I can’t recommend it highly enough. We went for the Burnley in Sparkling Grey, this has a bench seat built in on Kumar’s recommendation. The actual installation was a breeze - they craned it straight off and our builder placed it to perfection. Now we’ve done it, I would do it again. Thank you. Here are some pictures so far.
