From one business owner to another. We specifically gave return instructions on an item you purchased from us that the item to be returned in original condition all seal labels in place. Instead you returned a "tested" possibly damaged control board. If this is how you treat others, not sure if says the same thing for your business as I am sure there would be a protocol in place yourselves on items like this. On top of it we eat the cost, and get a bad review from you.
Pleasureway was able to provide exceptional customer service. They have a wide array of supplies and accessories needed for all pool / hottub needs. 2 thumbs up here.
They has been amazing for both my pool and hot tub. They’re always helpful with advice, especially for someone new to handling chemicals, maintenance, and replacement parts. They also stand behind their products with solid warranties on purchases. Can’t say enough good things about their service!
