THERE’S A REASON THIS COMPANY IS THE LOWEST RATED POOL SERVICE ON GOOGLE AND YELP All of the reviews you read about no-show appointments and shoddy workmanship are exactly what I experienced. I had an appointment scheduled with Michael Inzerillo at Swimming Pools by Jack Anthony scheduled for 11/18/21 at 12 PM. He was a no-show. I never received a call or email to reschedule and I'm guessing they didn't even know they missed it. They seem disorganized since I read the 3 other Google Reviews and they have had multiple no-shows. I am not willing to spend $100,000 on an in-ground pool and spa for a company that does not care or is not organized to keep appointments. STAY FAR AWAY!!!! This is my first year using these guys and I will not be using them again!! The owner Jack and the guys who come (which is rare) are super nice but the ladies on reception are monsters and every day I call they say “I’m on the schedule to vacuum tomorrow”. Complete liars. This pool has been open for a month and still not ready to swim in. They have not vacuumed once... I am so disappointed and when I said that they said they don’t understand why.
