I have had 5 different coaches. Each of them were good, but this was the first that they and I could see what I did wrong, and thus I could correct it. My speed increased 20 sec per 100
Got my son, Dominic Jr, into swimming after a few concussions in football made me not want him to play anymore because of long term damages and honestly this is the best decision I’ve ever made. Swim labs have been so great and it honestly makes me want to take lessons (embarrassing enough, I’ve never learned how to swim) I recommend everyone go here. Best decision and worth every penny.
SwimLabs has a great system for teaching the specific details of each stroke using video. My daughter’s teacher, Evan, has a lot of enthusiasm and makes lessons fun. This, combined with his knowledge of swimming, keeps my daughter motivated to stay at the process of fine-tuning her strokes.
I love this place. My son started lessons in July and was afraid of the water. Now he can swim laps in their pool! The shallow pool and awesome instructors have changed swimming for us!! Thanks SwimLabs!
Swimming was meant to be done in the Lab just like any other science,much respect to all Franchise owners,instructors and most importantly the Man behind this great invention,Michael Mann.We want it in Africa.
