Great swim school! The teachers actually care about the children, smiling, laughing, cheering them on. No drill sargents here! Employees actually like their jobs! Definitely recommend!

Be advised that they require a special diaper that you have to buy. They sell them for $10 each. I wasted my time thanks to this place. I am so frustrated, who wants to waste their time because this place needs some customer service improvement? I asked the lady what things I had to bring to the class, she said just a towel and swimwear. My kids were wearing swimming diapers, but not the extra special one they required since they didn’t tell me in advance.

Hi Maria, I understand your frustration and am sorry you would not recommend Swimhaus. However, as we explained when you booked your trial and when you were checking in, the double diaper policy is in place for children who are not potty trained to protect other swimmers in the event of an accident in the pool. Swimhaus customers are not required to buy our swim diapers and are welcome to purchase them anywhere else.
We had a GREAT first lesson at Swimhaus! The instructor was so kind and FUN! My son loved jumping in the pool and kicking with the barbell floatie. The location is clean and has plenty of activities while you wait for your lesson time to start. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t a madhouse mid morning on a Saturday. Can’t wait to come back!

Love, love this place! Clean facility with the friendliest staff. Instructor is top notch and my little girl loves the play areas before and after swim lessons. Highly recommend!
