We love the pool. Took two or three times longer than they promised and 4 months after concrete was poured around the pool It was all cracked badly. I called them and heard many excuses and no help offered.

Swimco broke a gas line in one of our customers yard. We went to fix the line and replaced part of the line which we had parts plus our labor to fix plus a trip, leak check on system etc... $218. Now they don't want to pay for the invoice because they say it is too high. I will let you know that a plumber before he even leaves his office is $150 per hour. Does not include parts. Our invoice is very reasonable. Our customer said that when he owed Swimco money, they were on his doorstep collecting. Not a good company to do bus... read more

My pool is absolutely beautiful and I have no complaints about the pool itself. However, our interactions with Brent and Scott left a sour taste in our mouths. Our sprinkler system is destroyed, the grading of our yard is passable, and all our grass around the pool is torn up. It is in the contract that they aren't responsible for the shape of the yard or the sprinklers once they are finished, but when we asked about these things before they ever started, we were assured that there would be minimal damage.
