Been to shop a couple of times different people working they were all very friendly and knowledgeable sorting my problems and giving advice each time. Great service.These guys are awesome.
They don't honour their warranty, we had a pool cleaner 12 months old with 4 years full warranty and they claimed the item isn't covered due to wear and tare.. abit dodgy to be honest.
Helpful lads and things sorted with ease
Amazing customer service. The boys are always trying to help and provide the best product for the customer need. They helped me finding out the root cause of my pool pump problem, though it was easy for them to sell me a new pump.
Charging $7.50 for a water testing unless a product of $20 or more is purchased. A service that was previously free.... Cited that people would come in for a free water testing then purchase products such as salt etc at other locations such as Bunnings which cost the business 35k a year or something. Note to their head office/franchisee - People leaving to purchase products at Bunnings etc is a service/pricing issue on YOUR behalf.
