I have recently switched to Swimart Beenleigh from another local pool shop. The difference between the two on service and knowledge is huge. I have been dealing with Drayton, no judgement just outstanding service. I required some work to be done to my filtration system, the tech who turned up was knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Swimart Beenleigh.

Service gone down hill since Michael left. Purchases a $3300 pool cleaner from them asked for assistance in getting a part replaced so it can work. It was all to hard for them. Miserable service too. Response to owners reply - That’s an interesting recall of events. Also a blatant lie misleading and false to the community. You did nothing short of bad mouth your distributor maytronics about being “a nightmare to deal with”, couldn’t recall my order let alone get parts.
