I love that Master Spas are American made. The owner, Ron has always answered his phone, and been very helpful with my questions, as I was a first-time spa owner when I bought from him. He even came to my house to give me some one-on-one training on the spa operation and maintenance. Since I bought an in-stock spa, it was delivered the next day. Two months since my purchase and I couldn't be happier with my spa. I use it every night.
