We were told we were “on their books” for a new liner this season end of may - beginning of June at the latest. He said he would get in touch before and order the liner and come take a look at our pool. Never happened. Husband had to reach out twice asking about updates on time frame with no definite response. Very vague. The last time my husband asked if our pool was something he really planned on doing this season. He apologized said yes and told us he would be out by the end of that week to look at it. We moved into our house in July 2019 and had NO IDEA how to take care of a pool. I called Seth and he came out to help. He was so informative and was a total life saver. He’s honest, helpful and responsive to all my questions... and I had A LOT of questions. He has closed and opened our pool and does a great job! We recommend him to anyone that has a pool!
