Looks like all 10 positive reviews came from family or something. I have met the owner of the company, Jim, twice. Had to have him come out today since my pool has been yellowing for several months and has been consistently unclean, whereas I haven’t had this problem with SwimQuest in 3 years of being their customer. Disappointed! Jim is awesome but angrily told me to find another pool company when I asked for a $25 weekly credit as his employee walked around 1/2 pool with net and left. Did nothing and it's not the only time it's happened. Understaffed for decent service
