Disappointed! Jim is awesome but angrily told me to find another pool company when I asked for a $25 weekly credit as his employee walked around 1/2 pool with net and left. Did nothing and it's not the only time it's happened. Understaffed for decent service
After the hurricane, we did not hear from our pool company at all. A friend told us Swim Quest sent out an email that they would be hitting all the customers one by one. We called and they were in our neighborhood and came right over and got started! We have referred so many others to them! Thankful
Jim and his staff have been working 16 a days on pool cleanup from Ian. Hats off to the team. They really care about your pool and do a great job. SwimQuest has taken care of our pool for 10+ years. If you are not satisfied with your pool service, give SwimQuest a try.
