Have been using Swim Quest for several years now. Was happy with their service up until this summer. We had a pretty significant leak earlier this summer and never got a call telling us about it until I got my homewatch service report. They saw the leak and shut the pump off, swimquest knew of the leak for 5 days, including a weekend, and never reported it to us. Looks like all 10 positive reviews came from family or something. I have met the owner of the company, Jim, twice. Had to have him come out today since my pool has been yellowing for several months and has been consistently unclean, whereas I haven’t had this problem with SwimQuest in 3 years of being their customer. Today I discovered that Jim is not interested in keeping pools balanced and clean. Jim cares about whatever is easiest and best for his interest and his guys, not mine.
