Went in shopping for hot tub. Apparently we were bothering them by looking. Staff not helpful and and acted like we were a bother. We left. On to the next store.

Totally dissatisfied with this horrible company! They do not care about their customers. Need to stick to pools & spas, definitely not billiard tables. Never get your table refelted, piss poor craftsmanship. Flemm Flammed in Chester!!!

Alex Phillips, we are sorry you are not satisfied with the fact that we could not service your pool as planned due to the excess leaves in the pool and unsafe electrical. We have already refunded your contract and did not charge a trip fee. If you would like to purchase a cover to prevent this next year, please let us know.
Has anyone else had their liner come out and when you call they blame the rain from this week? Ours is barely 1 year old and we got shut down when we called. Wouldn’t even come look at it.
My husband and just recently purchased a hot tub from Swim N Pools and could not be happier. The young gentleman who helped us, Aaron was not only polite but very knowledgeable as well. They did EVERYTHING they said they were going to do. The men showed up the day they said they would and ON TIME!!! That is very rare these days. We would recommend this company 100%. Thank you Aaron for such a pleasant experience. We are thrilled with our new hot tub!!!! M McKinney
