I have had a most unfortunate experience with the Winter Springs store as well as the co/owner and service manager there Bob Wright. They are supposed to be an authorized service shop for warranty work for Zodiac, but they broke my housing unit and are not going to do a damn thing about it. I will never spend another penny with them. Their customer service is the worst...STAY AWAY!!!

Lots Of GREAT People!! – I go to the Winter Springs store and I have never had a problem.. everyone there is kind and they will help you in any way they can. I got on the "Pool System" they call it. Once a week I do all my pool stuff. Every Wednesday I check my water add what they tell me and everything looks great!! So if your adding lots of stuff and not see a clean blue pool come see these guys and girl. And as they say: "you get what you pay for".

Look for the pink shoes – My pool has been green and making all kinds of sounds for months! I have been to 4 different pool stores, and no one could help me get it right!! I went to swim n fun and talked to a guy, who told me to talk to a girl who had pink shoe on... as soon as i saw her i thought I'm NEVER going to get this pool right!! But oh boy I was so wrong!! Stay away from Swim N Fun Lake Mary!! – I have been going to this store for about 4months now and every time I go the store manager Sherry Allred does my water test. Not only do I find myself always buying things but every time I do what she tells me, my pool get's messed up for days!! One time it even turned black!! She says she has been doing this for 30 years.. yea right!! If you want your pool to be clear and not have to buy stuff every time you go in...go to the one in Winter Springs.

Best In Town – I had Swim N Fun come to my house to inspect my pool pump. I thought it would be a hughe bill. They looked at the pool pump and found it to be a gasket on the filter and replaced it for only the cost of the gasket. I now use them for all my pool needs.
