Joe the owner was very informative about spa options and pricing when in the Swim Again retail location. We placed an order with him and he was transparent about the delivery process and promptly scheduling us for delivery when our hot spring spa arrived. The team delivered my Hot Sprint spa in perfect condition, exactly where we asked, without damaging any of the property.
