Joe the owner was very informative about spa options and pricing when in the Swim Again retail location. We placed an order with him and he was transparent about the delivery process and promptly scheduling us for delivery when our hot spring spa arrived. The team delivered my Hot Sprint spa in perfect condition, exactly where we asked, without damaging any of the property. Swim Again Pools & Spas Only given it one star, I couldn’t give it a zero!!!!!!!!! Worst company ever!!Had our hot tub delivered April of last year have had nothing but problems with it first was the control board that they had to replace in less than a month and also had the wire come off the light all in less than a month. Not even a year having it the lift arm for the top had bent we called them about it sent someone out and ordered a the part not saying that they were going to charge !!!
