Can’t say enough about the service from these guys. Had ordered another tub from different company, and after 4 missed deliveries and lies every time, I cancelled and visited Joe and Swim Again. The same day they surveyed the site, came out again the next day and surveyed again. Within one week, they scheduled the old tub removal, the crane and electrician. Will not service their spas. Had to complain to Hot Springs directly to get an out of town service provider. Highly recommend going with another brand if you want local service.
I purchased a Hot Spring Grandee from them and everything from selecting the options to the delivery and installation was perfect and very easy. Huge thanks to Chris for helping with everything. Would highly recommend!
