Will not service their spas. Had to complain to Hot Springs directly to get an out of town service provider. Highly recommend going with another brand if you want local service.
I purchased a Hot Spring Grandee from them and everything from selecting the options to the delivery and installation was perfect and very easy. Huge thanks to Chris for helping with everything. Would highly recommend!
