Sean came to her home the day she called him and gave her a price the following day (she waited 3 weeks for the other guy, that never responded before she called Swilly. Providing a quote two months ago and right when I need him to start he raised the price over 70% ($10,000 higher) I told him the house was 735 ft.² per the plans and we built this house exactly to the plans. When I questioned this, Sean was unprofessional. I would avoid Sean.
